Jason Inman

Performance & Insurance Accounting Manager
McDonnell Investment Management
Palestine, IL

Wondering where to find Jason Inman? If it’s Saturday morning, better check the garage. “I’m an avid woodworker,” he says. “I enjoy the creativity of it.”

Perhaps he’s applied some of that skill to molding and shaping his career, which currently finds him in a position at an investment management firm. He loves the team environment, the process of working toward a common goal and the sense of satisfaction he gets from solving problems.

Jason even enjoys figuring out the particularly tricky situations that may arise for his clients. “If you like to be challenged and find the solution as a team,” he says, “Then this is where you belong.”

Like with woodworking, you’re best off starting with good tools. And according to Jason, that means getting your CPA certification. With this degree, you can make almost anything.

“Do you like to be challenged in a way that lets you grow while interacting with others? Do you enjoy the sense of accomplishment?” he asks. “Maybe being a CPA is right for you too.”
