Doug to the rescue. Throughout his career, Doug Warren has been the go-to guy, the one who swoops in and saves the day.

Not only did he pay his way through college by working as an Emergency Medical Technician, Doug stepped up and helped run the family business after his dad suffered a heart attack. Since then, he’s guided the company through three decades of growth, and helped countless clients make their business dreams a reality.

As you’d expect, Doug is relied on for guidance in all aspects of that business, and his days in the office are action-packed with client meetings and appointments. (Like many CPAs, he’s even busier during tax season, but enjoys a little extra time off the rest of the year.)

It’s not just Doug’s coworkers who look to him to keep everything going smoothly. “I’m active outside the office as well,” he explains. “I’m on the State Board of Accountancy, and I’m Chair of multiple CPA organizations.” He even volunteers with local and state rescue squads – a nice holdover from his EMT days in college. In his off hours, he and his wife, kids and grandkids love to camp and travel.

Doug sums up the accounting profession this way: “If you seek a job that rewards you with the satisfaction of helping your fellow man, provides a comfortable living and challenges you on a daily basis, accounting is the path for you.”
